About the Chef and Team
Chef Chardee Snoddy is a proud native of Longview, Texas whose catering is a defying blend of French technique with a southern Spanish creole flair. Chef Chardee' graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2011 and returned home soon after where she has been working in the culinary field ever since. After receiving background training in fine dining from the Summit Club for 4 years, Voila Contemporary Catering was created. We create delicious meals using only the freshest ingredients, emphasizing taste and exemplary style. Working alongside Chef is her Sous Chef Voncia Willis that has an extensive background in nutrition, and all her close family and friends to create an unstoppable team! We are here to cater to your every need, making your life easier and more delicious!
